We are seeking to appoint an experienced IT specialist to join our IT department at MKA to deliver IT services to both staff and students. The role requires excellent IT skills, a customer focused attitude, with a passion for delivering a high level of customer service.
Working under the direction of our Regional IT Manager and with support from the IT Technician, the post holder will support the academy in business-as-usual IT support activities along with the being responsible for the build and deployment of new technology, continually upgrading and refreshing devices and improving the IT environment. Experience of supporting Microsoft Windows 8-10, Office 2013-2019/365 in an educational or corporate environment is essential.
We are based in central Milton Keynes, an area that continues to grow and thrive at a rapid rate. The Milton Keynes Academy joined Creative Education Trust in September 2018. This has enabled the school to continue its rigorous pursuit of rapid improvement for the children it teaches.

The Milton Keynes Academy is a co-educational, non-selective secondary school for students aged 11-18.
