£23,000 per annum.


We are looking for a professional, proactive and efficient individual to join our office team as receptionist and administrative support, in September 2024. The successful candidate will have a background in office administration and excellent communication skills. Experience working within an education setting is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and understand the need for discretion. Lunch will be provided during term time.


General office duties include but are not limited to:

  • Registers
  • Answering telephones and dealing with requests
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Receiving deliveries and coordinating returns where necessary
  • Making teas and coffees for meetings where required
  • Daily correspondence with parents
  • Diary management
  • Assisting Head with any ad hoc requirements
  • Coordinating repairs / maintenance servicing (internal and external)
  • Ordering supplies for school and staff
  • Assisting the Examinations Officer with exam-related administrative tasks
