St. Paul’s Juniors School Drama Department is looking for a talented Theatre Designer for various productions throughout the academic year. The first project is a show based on Greek Myths, scheduled for the final week of November 2024, followed by a larger-scale production in mid-March 2025. The successful candidate will design and construct sets, as well as source and create props. They will work closely with the St. Paul’s Juniors Technician and Drama Assistant to bring these productions to life.

Assignment fee: The autumn production ranges from £800 to £1000, depending on the complexity of the set and props, while the spring production offers between £1500 and £2000, also based on complexity.

The hours of work are variable and can be flexible, with the possibility of completing work offsite.

St Paul’s Juniors attracts bright, enthusiastic boys who are inquisitive and eager to learn. Boys may join at 7+, 8+ and 11+. St Paul’s Juniors shares facilities and expertise with the senior part of the school, and offers a secure and nurturing environment in which to develop and grow.

At the start of Year 5, lessons move to a senior school model with pupils benefiting from teaching by subject specialists in all areas of the curriculum.

Pupils at St Paul’s Juniors hold a place at the senior school and transfer at the end of Year 8, subject to good work and conduct.
