About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible part-time Site Maintenance Officer who is organised, good at undertaking general repairs and maintenance, and can demonstrate initiative. The part-time Site Maintenance Officer will work alongside our current full-time Site Maintenance Officer at our site in a friendly primary school based in Congleton.

The responsibilities:

· Maintain the security of the premises and its contents, including being a registered key holder.

· Ensure that the lighting and heating systems are in good working condition.

· Carry out cleaning of designated areas.

· Undertake minor repair and porterage duties.

Hours: 5 hours per week, term time only – we are flexible regarding the hours/days and they can be spread across the week or rolled over to the following week to meet the demands of the school when required.

Pay: £2,761-£2,952 (actual salary to hours and weeks)
