We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to lead our dedicated site team. A candidate who can demonstrate a clear understanding of Health & Safety legislation, to help us provide a safe learning environment. You will be leading the site team across our two schools, potentially three in the future. The ability to travel between school sites is therefore a necessity of the post. You and the site team will be focused on creating a culture of success, via positive and safe learning environments to increase student attainment, achievement and social and emotional development. We are looking for an experienced and exceptional candidate who has experience of delivering statutory compliance, proficient in Health & Safety management, organised with a keen attention to detail to work closely with the Heads of Schools & Business Manager to develop a safe learning environment.
