The Governors are seeking to appoint a Site Manager in the Autumn Term 2024, who will be responsible for the following:

 Effectively managing the maintenance of the school buildings and environment

 Taking responsibility for health and safety issues on the site

 Managing routine and statutory inspections and liaising with relevant outside agencies pertaining to premises

 Ordering supplies as necessary

 Monitoring the day-to-day maintenance, repair and cleaning of the school

 Advising on redecoration and refurbishment  Ordering and supervising repairs, and acting as project manager for small maintenance contracts and improvement schemes

 Developing appropriate monitoring procedures to ensure that the school site is kept clean, safe and in a good state of repair.

 Monday to Friday, term time only plus Inset days, i.e. 39 weeks p.a. plus an additional 4

weeks. (To be worked during the school holidays, by arrangement with the school). Total

36 hours a week (Monday-Thursday - 7:45-11am and 2-6pm, Friday - 7:45-10:45am and 2-6pm (Split shift)

 Salary: scale 5, pt 12-14, (on the inner London APT&C pay scale), depending on

experience and skills set. Full-time equivalent pay is £31,716 to £32,700, pro rata salary

£30,130.20 to £31,065

 Contract term initially fixed term contract to 31st August 2025, possibly leading to

permanent contract.

 Start date – Autumn 2024.
