Salary: Grade 5 (£28,032 - £30,639)
Contract term: Permanent; 40 hours per week; 7:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. (the role may involve some additional hours and working some weekends). The exact hours of work will be agreed with the successful candidate. You will be entitled to 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays (to be taken in during School Holidays)
Introduction to the Trust
You will be working with a pioneering group, Nishkam Schools Multi-Academy Trust (NSMAT), one of the top performing Multi academy trusts in the UK. Responsibilities of the role
We are looking for a suitably qualified, hardworking and enthusiastic Site Supervisor who can demonstrate they have the key skills and abilities to undertake this role. The successful candidate will be required to open and close the school site, complete general janitorial and maintenance duties, oversee cleaning staff and ensure the school is meeting Health & Safety requirements.
As a key member of the School’s support team, you will be expected to observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties and ensure that instructions specified by technical consultants and contractors are adhered to.
The candidate will need to be flexible, efficient and able to support the effective running of the site. A Driving license would be advantageous, and the Site Supervisor may be called out of hours in case of an emergency.
