37.00 hours per week, Term Time only plus 2 days (2 days to be worked during August on GCSE and A Level Results days)
An opportunity has arisen to appoint to the post of Sixth Form Pastoral and Student Support.
The successful appointee should:
- Possess well developed written and oral skills
- Be able to demonstrate experience of working within an educational environment.
- Be able to demonstrate experience of working effectively with young people in education or a related area.
- Be able to support the welfare and pastoral needs of KS5 students.
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate young people.
- Contribute where appropriate, to the KS5 Enrichment programme.
- Be a team player, but be able to use own initiative and act independently when required.
