This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable coaching and teaching experience and be part of a multifaceted sports department. At Bickley Park School, we believe firmly in educating the whole child and that sport – both elite sport and ‘sport for all’ – is integral to this.
Our sports teams compete at an impressive standard, including in national competitions. We also believe that it is important to foster a lifelong enthusiasm for participatory sport in all our children.
The ideal candidate will possess experience of coaching and refereeing a range of sports (such as football, rugby and cricket), as well as well a keen desire to learn and develop. The selected individual will be offered a part-time opportunity to work with our pupils, lead sessions and manage teams. Mini-bus driving experience would be desirable.
To start in September 2024, this is a part-time position primarily consisting of 3 afternoons a week, Wednesday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required.
