Job overview

Kingsley School is a co-educational independent boarding school with students from 2-19 years old, located in the beautiful UNESCO Biosphere of North Devon and one of only 12 World Surf Reserves worldwide. Designated as an Earth Centre with a focus on sustainability and environmental education and with its very own surf academy, Kingsley School invites applications to join its dynamic mathematics department to teach Year 7-13 students in the Senior School, and to achieve that perfect work-life balance where the wellbeing and mental health of staff and students is the number one priority. You will be leading and delivering subject-based learning in both our core and expansive curriculums, where you are able to be creative, think differently and do things differently to help our students and staff colleagues become the very best versions of themselves. Class sizes are up to 20 students per class, and there will also be some individual 1:1 and small group classes.

The post also includes being the KS5 Lead for mathematics and the competitive salary based on experience and expertise reflects this.
