In this role, you will bring a proven track record of successful teaching in psychology at secondary level, particularly with experience in Key Stage 5. Your deep understanding of the requirements for high-quality teaching will guide our curriculum development and enhance student engagement. As a Subject Lead, you will mentor and support fellow educators, ensuring effective teaching practices that inspire curiosity and critical thinking among students.

Our department is renowned for its exceptional student performance, and a high number of students are eager to take psychology, reflecting its popularity and the department’s impact. Additionally, you will fulfil the responsibilities of a form tutor, providing guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes academic excellence and well-being.
