About the Role and You
Working pattern: Part Time, 3 Days per week , permanent
Salary: Based on experience
Start date: Immediate Start Available
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate structured swimming lessons for individuals and groups.
- Develop tailored programs to cater to varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
- Teach water safety, swimming techniques, and strokes with a focus on skill progression.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers by adhering to health and safety guidelines and conducting regular poolside checks.
- Prepare students for swimming assessments, competitions, and awards schemes.
About You
- ASA Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification (or equivalent).
- Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
- Excellent coach who can lead by example.
- A passion for education and an awareness of wider educational issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and innovative approach for swim lessons.

The Preparatory School consists of Nursery (6 months-4 years), Pre-Prep (Reception-Year 2) and Prep (Year 3-Year 5).
Senior education continues until the age of 18 with the Middle School (Year 6-Year 8), Senior School (Year 9-Year 11) and Sixth Form (Year 12-Year 13).
