About the role
You will be contributing to raising standards of student achievement in Art by teaching a timetable of lessons and supporting the subject leader in the achievement of whole school and department goals as stated in the school’s strategic plan. You will be planning lessons both independently and collaboratively with the Head of Art and contribute to the creation of departmental plans, policies, curriculum documents etc.
Who we are looking for:
- Degree in Art or Related Field
- PGCE Art (or overseas equivalent)
- Practical teaching experience in Art
- Be an inspirational leader to our pupils, able to communicate effectively and engagingly
- Be able to work well as part of a strong team
