Job overview

Do you aim to deliver authentic, quality education in an efficient and interactive way, enabling children to develop the skills for success in the 21st century?

We are looking to recruit an exceptional candidate to the role of Teacher of Biology (other Sciences considered), across KS3, KS4 & KS5. This will provide an exciting and challenging opportunity to build upon the existing track record of success within Science and make a real impact on further developing.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious practitioner, who wants to make impact on further driving up attainment and progress.

You will have the opportunity to work with specialist teachers in other schools as part of our Trust. Our professional development model ensures you can focus on teaching and continuously progressing your career unhindered by bureaucracy.

The successful candidate will be an experienced practitioner with a clear love for the subject, who really enjoys working with young adults and understands the privileged position teachers hold in the communities they serve. We want someone who will be willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the life chances and ‘cultural capital’ of all our pupils are maximised and who is totally aligned to our values and mission. If you are the type of person who fits with our culture, you will love working here

We would be delighted to show you around our Academy in order to fully appreciate our excellent learning environment. We strongly advise a visit as this Campus is unique in many ways. Please contact Tina Timms, ttimms@wykhampark-aspirations.org

Interview Date: expected w/c 16th December
