Job overview

The school are seeking to appoint a committed and inspiring Teacher of Business to join our supportive, enthusiastic and collaborative team, commencing September 2024. 

This role will require high levels of personal and professional commitment and the ability to work successfully as part of a team will be essential. The successful candidate will be an excellent leader, highly adaptable and flexible, and will need a strong work ethic.

You will have responsibility for leading the quality of teaching and learning (BTEC L2/3 and T Level) for students in your classes. This will involve: setting and articulating high expectations for students; planning; teaching effectively using appropriate resourcing to challenge and engage all learners. The school offer a range of qualifications, with the opportunity for our students to learn valuable technical and employability skills. Their education plan ensures students are on track to make outstanding progress, reach high levels of academic attainment and develop the skills essential for career success. London South Bank University is their main sponsor and they are co-sponsored by Skanska UKKing's College NHS Trust and Guys & St Thomas' NHS Trust who support their work closely in offering real-life employer challenge projects, developing authentic, contextualised learning.
