Teaching is on both Applied L3 BTEC and A Level Psychology.

End date: February 2026, depending upon the return of the substantive post holder.

The Social Sciences Faculty deliver a range of level 3 courses, including A-levels and BTEC Applied. We offer A-levels in Psychology, Sociology, History, Politics and Law as well as BTEC Level 3 Extended Certificates in Applied Psychology and Applied Law. We have a team of 18 teaching staff and deliver to over 1200 students in College. As many of those we teach opt for more than one Social Sciences course, the teaching team work collaboratively to ensure that students receive an enjoyable, varied and enriched learning experience allowing progression to higher education or employment.
