Core Purpose:

To carry out all duties and responsibilities in accordance with School policies and procedures and statutory requirements. To provide support for students with educational needs in a variety of learning environments 


The Role:

We are looking for creative and inspiring colleague to work alongside our teachers in supporting our students - particularly those who need us even more. As a Teaching Assistant you will be working with individuals or small groups in our specialist learning support areas as well as supporting our mainstream classrooms - making a real difference to our students and their progress. No two days will ever be the same although they will always be rewarding and exciting.

Your previous experience as a learning support professional is less important to us than your clear vision on what can be achieved for our students and how we can motivate and inspire them to achieve great things. Our new colleague will have an unstinting belief that every young person, whatever their starting point, can make and sustain exceptional progress and that our purpose is to change lives. You will have access to on-going development opportunities and the support of a forward thinking, successful multi-academy Trust. You will be joining a team of strong and experienced school professionals who will do whatever it takes to help you to succeed in your new and exciting role.
