About us and the role

We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our thriving team at Krishna Avanti Primary - Croydon. If you are passionate about education and providing teaching and learning support for Primary school students then apply today! Part of this role involves monitoring and supporting a pupil with food allergies.

What will you do?

  • Work with individuals and groups of children to deliver learning programmes and encourage interaction in activities led by the teacher.
  • Assist with general pastoral care and attend to personal needs as appropriate.
  • Supervise children during non-lesson times, accompany on trips, participate in meetings and training
  • Feedback on child progress in meeting Individual Education Plan targets
