We have a full time vacancy in our 26-place Nursery, to complete the team of four staff. 37 hours per week Monday to Friday during term time, starting salary £20,213

We have a part time vacancy in school, working with the classroom support team from Reception to Year 6. 25 hours per week (5 hours per day) Monday to Friday during term time, starting salary £13,657

The successful candidate will:

·      Be able to work effectively within the team to ensure there are high quality and effective learning opportunities for all children;

·      Be able to work closely within the school team and contribute to the school community;

·      Have a passion for working with pupils with a variety of needs and for the inclusion agenda;

·      Be able to undertake support on a 1:1, or small group basis;

·      Be a motivational communicator for children of all abilities ensuring learning is engaging and inclusive;

·      Have a commitment to an integrated, therapeutic approach and ethos;

·      Be very flexible and adapt quickly to change;

·      Be a capable practitioner with some experience of children with special educational needs;

·      Have experience as a teaching assistant in a primary school;

·      Have the ability to build relationships and work positively with children, colleagues and parents;

·      Have a passion for inclusion and for inspiring children to aim high and succeed;

·      Be able to support the Catholic ethos of the school.
