The Role
We are looking for someone with a desire to support our Academy in ensuring our pupils reach their potential. You will be dynamic, resilient, and motivated with a willingness to uphold our high expectations.
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with pupils, parents and staff whilst also being able to demonstrate professionalism consistent with the Trust’s values.

Opened in September 2012 and moved into our modern and versatile building in September 2013. LeAF Studio is home to Performing Arts and Sport specialism programmes with a PAN of 500. LeAF Studio joined Ambitions Academies Trust in September 2017.We are recognised by Ofsted as a GOOD school.
Based in Bournemouth we provide a bespoke education for 13–19-year-olds, combining core curriculum with vocational studies.
