* Bachelor's in education or PGCE (Master's in Education Preferred).
* Minimum 10 years of experience in education.
* Minimum 3 years as a Vice Principal.
* Extensive knowledge and experience in American and IB curriculums.
* Preferable experience in the UAE.
* Native level English speaker.
