A Photostory showing how African Americans were treated at the time of Martin Luther King, and different forms of peaceful protest used. Worksheet accompanies Photostory - use to write down examples. It also contains a Rosa Parks witness statement exercise (both main and adapted) - which looks at the influence of Christian beliefs on the Civil Rights Movement. A photostory giving an introduction to R.E . Plus picture sheets and a five W's grid for pupils to ask their own questions from looking at a picture.
