<p>This is a full booklet great for a school trip to Barcelona. It covers all of the main monuments and sights as well as some very useful phrases for pupils to practise their Spanish whilst there, this will save you lots of time!</p>
<p>This is a text made using the new Spanish vocabulary from the New AQA GCSE specification so can be used with this years year 9. This is aimed towards higher tier and includes 3 tenses, a true or false activity, comprehension and gapfill activity.<br />
I have included two versions one with Spanish questions and one with English.<br />

<p>Covers key grammar and vocab focusing on topics of Family and Friends, Holidays and Free Time. Includes a range of activities including dominoes game, traffic light drills and human sentences.</p>
<p>This group carousel style lesson revises the GCSE topics of family and friends, world of work, holidays and free time in one lesson as well as the present, preterite, imperfect, conditional, near future and simple future tenses.<br />
Pupils practise through techniques required in the GCSE examinations (translations, photocards, reading exercises) by gathering information about a person and collating it on one sheet.<br />
This can be differentiated easily to suit KS3 however I have used this version successfully with year 9 higher sets and GCSE classes.<br />
I usually provide a recording device on the speaking part of the carousel activity to allow for play back and peer assessment.</p>
<p>Research lesson on several holiday destinations in Latin America to enhance their language learning on holidays and destinations and cultural knowledge of countries that speak Spanish.</p>
