This is a lesson plan and PPT presentation I did for an interview lesson observation. The PPT has gifs in and all pictures can be seen clearly when it is played. The LO and SC are: L.O. To write a poem based on ’10 Things found in a wizard’s pocket’ S.C: I can understand the terms Simile, Metaphor and Imagery I can identify the use of imagery in a poem I can write a poem based on the poet’s own work I do have other resources to do with this and a slightly different lesson plan, differentiated 5 ways, which I’m hoping to add soon.

I’ve made these labels for use with the trays pupils will use. There are 6 animals - fish, giraffe, elephant, meerkat, koala and owls. The names are editable and I have marked the size/type by leaving A,B,C,D in each box, so all you need to do is click on the letters to edit.
