<p>Included in this product are the instructions for three creative writing activities suitable for students between years 7 and 10, however they can be used with other year levels with some minor alterations to suit the ability level of the class. These activities use writing prompts that can be assigned by the teacher to match any unit or topic of study that may be relevant to the class.</p>
<p>There are also three lesson plans, one to match each writing activity, to be used by yourself, or can be left for a substitute or cover teacher. The lesson plans have been designed for class period times between 40 to 60 minutes, but can easily be extended for longer class times by using the homework activities in class or by repeating the activity with different prompt words.</p>
