<p>An highly relevant high school reading comprehension resource for learning about ChatGPT and the implications of Generative A.I. for society.</p> <p>Students using this resource will read a non-fiction text about ChatGPT and how machine learning is now capable of doing complex tasks that once only humans could do. They will explore the topic further through a variety of scaffolded tasks that help students build life-long reading skills while keeping interaction in the lesson high. Students will also learn new academic vocabulary words with a series of vocabulary activities relevant to the topic.</p> <p>At the end of the lesson, students are given a chance to synthesize what they learned about Generative A.I. by writing about ChatGPT in an Opinion Essay.
