The runner collects a question at a time from the quiz master; they take it to their team to work out the answer; the runner takes the answer to the quiz master who gives out the next question. They have all of the key features of a narrative for the students to highlight and label with a focus on literary techniques, story structure, punctuation and sentence types used for particular effects. These could also be used for KS4. The PowerPoint includes opportunities for students to plan their own narrative using picture prompts and vocab lists to help.</p>

I holepunched the flashcards in the left hand top corner and joined them together with string. The students can then flip through the cards memorising the quotes. This should help a lot of the students provide the evidence to back up their answers.
