**BUNDLE** Teacher Calendar/Organization Bundle

This bundle includes resources for educators to organize and plan throughout the school year. Included in the bundle is:

• Lesson Plan: This lesson plan can be used for teachers during evaluations or lessons that require more detailed planning. Included is space for the date, objective, teacher actions, student involvement, student tasks, assessments, topic/theme, and next steps.

• Sub Lesson Plan: Having been both a traditional teacher and a substitute teacher, I know the importance of clear instructions for substitutes and just how time-consuming that can be! This template leaves space to write the TIME and subject. The details of what will be done during that time, students that may need to be mentioned, extra notes, space for information in case of a fire drill/emergency or special circumstance and MORE!

• Small-Group Lesson Plans: This is an editable template to help keep track of lesson plans during small group time. Make copies and share it with IA’s in your class (or use the more detailed lesson plan for IA’s) OR for personal reference to keep track of all those little learners during interventions or guided reading groups.

• Centers Rotation: This template is a great organizer for teachers, and can even be helpful for students to understand their center rotations, as well as expectations and objectives (depending on what you choose to write in each box!

• Class Roster: This is a great way to get a quick glance at student information that may be needed throughout the year. Write in parent names, phone numbers and emails…as well as student birthday, and a row for extra information (how student’s get home, special needs for specific students, etc.)

• Classroom Data Sheet: Write the title of the text and the name of each student and then keep track of your student’s scores and growth. This is a great way to get a quick look at weekly assessments throughout the year.

• Student Sign Out Sheet: Keep this by the door. Have students write their names, the location of where they are going, the date and the time they leave and return. Good for older students to hold them accountable for time outside of the classroom.

• Class Checklist: Use the class list to check off students as they complete tasks and assignments. Class lists can be great for holding students accountable and keeping track of students for assignments, groups and more.

• Anecdotal Notes Page: With so many students, it can be hard to keep track of the little things that happen throughout the year. Keep a stack of sticky notes with a binder next to this template (print a half-page for each student). Then when it comes time for meetings with parents and administrators, you can keep track of important moments with the students in the class, behavior concerns, small things you’ve noticed, tardies/absences, even accomplishments or funny things students have said! This can also be great for your reflection to look back on at the end of the year and see the progress that can’t always be shown through a test!

• Newsletter Templates: This resource includes 12 editable templates for classroom monthly newsletters. These can be used at any grade level and are formated similarly to allow for organized and clear information. A great way to increase parent/teacher communication and give reminders for important events in school!

• Calendar: Both a PDF and Powerpoint version of a monthly calendar for the whole year. There are two versions one with every day of the month and another with only the 5 school days (to provide more room for planning).

• Long-Range Planner: This comes with two different templates (both editable) created for teachers to plan out the curriculum overview for the school year.

• To-Do Lists: These lists can be used for teachers or students with two different editable versions.

• Meeting Notes: This template has two different versions and can be used as a quick way to look back and remember information during staff meetings, parent meetings, IEP meetings, etc.

• Weekly Planner: There are two different versions for teachers and THREE different versions for homeschool parents. These small box planning templates are wonderful for planning multiple subjects or classes. They also can be reformatted with more boxes or less to fit the needs of your schedule.

• Homeschool Calendar Template: An extra calendar/schedule template that can be used for homeschoolers or individual students.

All of these resources come in MicrosoftPowerpoint already sized to print correctly on standard paper. This means you can make your own changes so the resource is just right for you before printing it OR you can also just use the digital resource to save on paper!
