90 min lesson diminished responsibility, voluntary manslaughter

Teacher resources for a 90 minute lesson on the law realting to diminished responsibility as a form of voluntary manslaughter in criminal law. Contains a powerpoint and worksheets (student and teacher copies with answers). Suitable for courses at level 3 including A level law, BTEC & law modules on Access to HE . The lesson accompanies the Youtube clip on the topic created by e-lawresources. The lesson should take approx 90 mins. In addition to the starter, there is a review activity, an activity sheets and a plenary. There are suggested timings in the powerpoint at the end of the slide. There are links to further activities on the topic if you need to fill time. Printing requirements two sides of A4 per student.
