A fully differentiated lesson that looks at a Paper 1-style AQA English Literature question (extract and question included) on A Christmas Carol and reviews the presentation of Scrooge as unsympathetic, the use of language in the extract and how the extract can be linked to historical context before students review their own answers and then self-assess each other’s work. Easily adaptable for other exam questions and for other exam boards. I’m really proud of this one!
