This is the eighth lesson in a series created for the A Level unit Democracy and Dictatorship in Germany. It investigates the long; medium and short term causes of the Great Inflation of 1923. Students are required to start linking and evaluating causes to reach supported conclusions.
Ideally this lesson should be taught in conjunction with the Access to History, Democracies and Dictatorships in Germany, but other text books could be used to support it.

This bundle contains 10 fully resourced a Level lessons created to deliver the Democracy and Dictatoship in Germany 1919-1963 unit. They cover the first part of the course - The creation of the Weimar Republic and its early years of crisis. They contain all of the AOs and would ideally be used in conjunction with the Access to History text book, but have been designed to that a text book is not necessary. Each lesson contains a range of activities and assignments designed to support student in developing the high level thinking skills necessary for success at A Level.
