This Resource is a lesson designed to continue the A Level Physics Topic of Materials, following on with this lesson on Loading and Unloading. It contains:
- A Powerpoint to provide a general lesson structure and explanations
- A starter activity on properties of different materials
- A practical activity to find the Young Modulus of a wire
- An exercise featuring exam style questions on energy in stretching of materials
Most of my lessons are very much plug in and play with little preparation, but the 1st activity here is a practical so will require some preparation beforehand.
