A full 3 page WHOOSH on word with parts in bold for students to read aloud.
Made for and used in our classrooms this year by me, it’s worked very well. Students have enjoyed, giggled and most importantly, understood the plot through reading it and performing it together.
This looks great, but can you remind me please about the "rules" of Whoosh and how it works please? Thank you.

Hi, Yes. All students sit in a circle (mixed up) and you or a nominated student read the text. When a character’s name is said, the next person in the circle stands up and either acts out or says the line. All characters in that section are selected from the next persons in the circle until you say ‘WHOOSH’ when all standing characters sit. The next section dictates who will be who next, continuing around the circle in turn. It may be that each student plays 2/3 characters of different genders as the reading continues.
I hope that helps.
