This is a great booklet for students to learn to identify and work actively and consciously towards their goals. Whether they want to become more active and focused or it’s a new school year and they want to focus on their future – this is a great foundational template to support students to explore their short term, long term, life time and personal goals.

This resource is a great resource to explore short term, long term, life time and personal goals. Included are also Individual Goal Breakdown Worksheets which encourage reflection around their goals. This includes exploring how important the goal is to the student and why, dates surrounding the goal, exploring barriers and how those barriers can be worked through.
