Acids and Alkalis

I used this lesson with a middle lower set of Year 8's but should be easy enough to adapt. For the practical part of the lesson, I used water, salt water, vinegar, apple juice, bleach and soapy water. The match up task can be done as a cut and stick onto the table or if there is less time, a colouring activity using the six colours from the UI pH scale. Feedback is gratefully received - Thanks!
