Addition and Subtraction with Eggs KS1

This Egg-themed activity for KS1 children combines addition and subtraction practice with fun egg motifs.
Children complete 6 pages of addition worksheets and 6 pages of subtraction worksheets, each featuring 4 questions.
Numbers answers are from zero to twelve.
They solve problems by writing answers as numerals or number words, or by drawing the corresponding number of eggs.
To add a hands-on element, real eggs, Easter eggs or egg-shaped counters can be used to physically count and solve the problems before recording answers.
