Alphabet Phonic Sounds RWI LW Trifold worksheet

A great way to reinforce the letter sounds as they are learned.

These sheets can be used in an independent group learning activity, as a review, or they can be used as homework sheets to reinforce the sounds at home.

There are 36 phonemes
a-z, ll, ss, ff, zz, ng, nk, sh, ch, th (soft), ck.

These sheets should be printed as a double sided A4 worksheet, they can be folded into a pamplet/trifold worksheet.

There are different activities to reinforce letter sounds.
Draw it - draw a picture of an item that has the focus sound.

Find it - find the focus sound and draw a circle around it.

Colour it - 2 pictures to colour in and write the focus sound as the intial sound or within a word.

Write it - Practice letter formation.

Sort it - involves cutting, sorting and pasting pictures from the focus sound into a grid, there are also 2 pictures that are not from the focus group, to be pasted into another grid which reinforces reviewing past sounds.
