Alternative phonic sounds covering phase 5 letters and sounds Year 1 and Year 2 Phonics

after a request i have uploaded the alternative flashcards we use in the classroom.

au, e-e, ue, i (igh) , ea (e) ie , oe, ey, ie as in chief, ce , ph, wh, y (e) (igh)

i laminate the sound and the rhyme back to back. at the bottom corner is a clue to the sound it makes. we find it helps especially when you have two ways of making a sound using the same letters!
