Ancient Greeks reading comprehension (differentiated)

This is a great reading comprehension to use at the beginning of a KS2 History unit on ancient civilisations: The Ancient Greeks. It is an overview of the three main periods: Archaic,Classical and Hellenistic and covers the major events in chronological order including the introduction of city states, democracy and the first Olympic games. It is really useful for children to gather general knowledge and gain understanding of key dates at the early part of their learning.
