The lesson introduces what the manosphere is, how ‘self-help’ gurus like Andrew Tate exploit lonely young men, what incels are and how they come about, the dangers of extreme online forums and how online misogyny can ruin people’s lives. The lesson also explains what positive masculinity is and how the men who find themselves taken in by the manosphere are not usually bad people themselves, but lost and looking for easy answers - they then become victims too.
Activities are scaffolded, there is a detailed and colourful PowerPoint, clip tasks with questions and answers, information pack, worksheets, literacy tasks, creative tasks, signposting to further help agencies and charities, clear outcomes and also partnered activities.
It is fully editable, engaging and very easy to follow.

Excellent lesson - good to see a thorough diagnosis of the actual issue which has allowed the rise of Tate and see it addressed. Would recommend
the info sheet is saved as a photo not a word document so it makes it difficult to print out and blurry when printing - if this could be added as a word document that would be great as it is a fab lesson
Now the missing info has been uploaded i have amended my review to be 5* as it was invaluable for my KS5 lesson.
