A series of lessons (1-2) on finding missing angles in triangles.
It gives opportunity to explore the basics but also to combine different angle facts aswell and linking them to algebra. Also, there is a mini investigation to angles in polygons.
It is suitable for the new 9-1 curriculum as there are many opportunities to tackle reasoning tasks and develop deeper thinking.
Used with KS3 and KS4 and pupils have been engaged as all tasks are differentiated giving them the chance to consolidate but challenge themselves.
All tasks are differentiated to at least 3 levels with solutions on each.
