Attached is a PowerPoint lesson that could stretch over 3 hours depending on the ability of your group. It goes over the first ideas of the poem, has an author study sheet, includes a terminology recap, questions for zoomed in parts of the poem and then a discussion about how it compares with other poems.
It took one of my lower ability groups just shy of 3 lessons and that includes a live modelled annotated poem from me. They did enjoy it and said it helped them break it down.
