You will notice that for the “individual reflection”, I have also left it blank, I usually type a few according to what the class needs and just write the number that corresponds to what individual students need.
The documents are formated with WORD so that you can easily include what you need.
I found these kind of feedback do tend to last a whole lesson, so the powerpoints can be very helpful to break it down and go through it step by step, especially the first times you implement it.
