A fully editable lesson and game that can be used in lesson to build general geographical knowledge.

The focus is on building general knowledge and practicing using reference texts to find specific information.

Students answer questions about regions of the Earth, moving from one station to another unlocking the next location with their answer.

The game is best used in conjunction with resources to hand like atlases and other reference books to help find facts.

I have used this successfully with Y6-Y11.
Any suggestions for improvement/revision are most welcome. Please use, adapt and enjoy.
Thank you.

Instructions:
Print off stations and answer sheets for students to work in 2s/3s.
Place stations around the room.
For each group, mark on their answer sheet a different place to start to avoid multiple groups at the same location.
Provide reference texts like atlases for support.
Instruct students to answer questions - the answer to their last one being their next destination.
Swap answer sheets between groups to go through answers and reveal the winner.

All the questions can be edited/improved/made more specific to your curriculum content.
