Balance beam: Which way will it lean? Distance learning worksheets

In this fun series of distance learning worksheets, you look at the balance beam to try to determine what the beam will do. Which side is heaviest, or will the beam balance evenly? The student must work out how heavy each side weighs and also take into consideration the distance of that weight from the pivot point.
