This is huge and this is going to be fun!
Teachers, are you at a loss as to what to do in the final days leading up to the end of term and the onset of the summer break? Look no further, this is a quiz your class will enjoy. Tried and tested on Year 5 through to Year 8. Quite suitable for older students … and staff.
Fun end-of-term quiz testing both general knowledge and events in the news from January to June 2018
This news/general knowledge quiz can be enjoyed by competing as an individual or in teams.
Let’s keep it simple – get yourselves a sheet of paper for your answers and grab a pen or pencil.
All your teacher needs to do is either go through all of the questions chronologically or alternatively each person/group can choose a month and a number from 1 – 21.
All participants / groups must then answer the question that appears once the selected button has been clicked. A ‘back’ takes you back to the question selection page.
Some of the questions involve only one answer needed whilst much of this quiz involves multiple questions.
Your teacher will give you time to discuss and then to write down your answer if working in teams.
You can even stretch the Quiz over a few days.
The answers to all of the questions can be downloaded from the TES website.
There will be a full year quiz available towards the end of 2018 with loads more interesting and challenging questions!
