Everything you need to deliver the unit biomolecules of GCSE Biology (37 slides). It follows Cambridge syllabus (0610) and Cambridge IGCSE endorsed book by Jones and Jones Third edition, but it is easily adaptable to others. The topic is divided in 6 parts:

  1. The importance of water
  2. Carbohydrates
  3. Lipids
  4. Proteins
  5. DNA
  6. Food tests
Progress check: some slides contain revision activities for the different parts of the topic, some are based on the textbook.
The slides have been prepared in power point . All pictures have been sourced from the creative commons website. The power point is very easy to navigate for students to be able to use it for revision.
There are 3 more documents included:
  7. Assessment questions in word document.
  8. Practical activity worksheet about diffusion and osmosis.
  9. Power point with a short guidance for student to prepare a display for the unit/revision notes.
Please, DM me if you have any doubt. Constructive feedback would be much appreciated.
