Calm Me Cards

Cards that I have created with activities inspired by others as well as Twinkl. These cards are designed for when children need a quiet 5 minutes alone to calm down. They can be used for any age, with age appropriate instructions for how to use them.

I have designed them so colours can go back to back when producing the cards. There is a cube net included designed to be like a die, so children can roll and choose a card of the colour it has landed on this. This means that they still have the choice of 2 activites, which is better than a choice of 12!
