The PPT introduces key vocabulary from AQA which include introducing students to words associated with Theme 2 and social issues i.e. hunger, homelessness, AIDS etc. If you print slides 3 - 13 and stick them up around the room, they can spend some time filling in their table to know the keywords. (STARTER)
Once they have understood the keywords, they can begin to look at the descriptions of the charities on the worksheet (CHARITIES DESCRIPTION).

Disproportionate amount charged for the resources received. For £7 I would have expected a whole lesson on this topic, with suitable resources and a variety of activities. There is just a simple starter (vocabulary match up), one reading activity (matching up French charities with their aims) and one short grammar activity with "vouloir". The PowerPoint only contains a title page, the answers to these activities and some pages to print for the starter activity. The slides are very pretty but these resources do not warrant the price paid.
