This is a cloze type worksheet that makes it easy for disabled youngsters to input into notes.
This type of sheet is usually made on a whiteboard and with the whole class making verbal contributions, the teacher typing and editing. Once an empty table has been put at the top of the worksheet pupils suggest words to move into the table. The meaning and relevance of these is discussed during this process.
This particular sheet is just at one level but it can be easily adapted to give several levels of closure and openness in order to differentiate for individualised learning.
